Star has judged countless contests and been keynote speaker for Rocky Mountain Leather. They run Star Arts Studio book art instruction solo or group workshops. Pony is Mr. Alameda County Leather 2010. Honorary member of ONYX, Associate member of the 15 association and the Alta California Leather Corps and R.A.I.S.E (Reach, Advocate, Include, Serve, Evolve) and slave to Master Bear.
 

He has served on several clubs on the Board of Directors for the Golden Gate Guards and Alameda County Leather Corps. He has served as judge for leather contests such as Northwest Leather, San Francisco Eagle Leather Daddy, and the Alameda County Leather Corps Leather Contest. 

Pony has been awarded the ‘Certificate of Recognition’ by the state of California by Senator 3rd District, Mark Leno as well as awarded the ‘Leather-to-Leather’ award in 2023. He has been profiled in the Leather Journal and has represented over a million people in the East Bay Alameda County of California as Mr. Alameda County Leather 2010. 

Colton Bell is a non-binary kinkster from Dallas, Texas, where they currently reside with their fiancé Ty Hart DeLeon, Mx. Texas Leather 2026. 

Colton found the Bear community early after coming out and has only continued expanding their found family since then. Colton attended their first leather event in 2022 where they ran for and won Mr. Mayhem Leather, becoming the first out, Non-Binary member of the Mayhem family. 

After winning, Colton turned their attention towards giving back to the community they had fallen in love with by getting involved in non-profits, volunteerism, and leadership; currently serving as the contest producer for Texas Bear Round-Up.

In their free time, Colton enjoys gaming, travelling, and long naps on a Colton identifies a talker who’s always down to tell a story, but who cuts to the chase when using their favorite pick up line “Do you want to make out?” He flags navy blue, light blue, kelly green, and pale yellow on the left; hunter green and beige on the right; and most importantly, houndstooth on both sides. 

They're known to always love a bit of mischief and mayhem but believes that the best way to live life is by sharing stories and love with those around them.

Madam Folly is a transsexual, leather wearing, SM dyke, who’s sweetness is only matched by her bloodlust. When she’s not slowly melting minds with her warm, hypnotic voice, she’s dominating the flesh of the foolish with all manners of piercing, bruising, and stinging sensations. 

In her spare time, she serves as the Madam Chair for The San Francisco Circle of Siblings, the co-founder of The SpeQtrum Peer Support Program, and the current Ms. San Francisco Leather. Find her on Instagram @madam.folly or visit her in San Francisco during her monthly T4T Leather Meetup.

Estefan Retiz (Service Pup Estie) was Sacramento Mr. Bolt 2019 and produces the Sacramento Mr. Bolt leather competition. Currently the Interim Executive Director of
Golden Rule Services, which is a Non-Profit Sexual Health Clinic that does HIV/STI testing for the community and linkage to HIV care through case management. 

Estefan is also the event coordinator for the Bolt Bar, throwing many fundraising and leather events. 

In his words, "When I’m not running around and I have breather, I like to put my hood on and Pup out with the pack run solo and see who I run into. I flag yellow on left side and obsessed with chicken wings (I can suck on the bones forever). Bark!" 

Bio: Scarlet is a leatherworker, musician, artist, and hard reduction and community outreach advocate who has been on and off part of the San Francisco scene for the past 16 years. They run a small leather store with the mission of making heavy duty and custom fitted bondage equipment accessibly priced without compromising user safety to cut costs, volunteer part time with outreach groups in Oakland for houseless communities, and work in the SOMA and Mission nightlife industries at the Eagle and El Rio on the weekends. They aim to promote trans and cultural inclusivity and awareness in general queer spaces, with a particular focus towards leather communities.

Cesar Armando Fuentes Jr. is a proud South Texan, dedicated Leatherman, and active member of the RGV Bears. He currently serves as Mr. Wet Oso 2025 and Texas Bear Round-Up Cub 30, using his platform to champion service, leadership, and meaningful community engagement.
 

Born and raised in South Texas, at the Rio Grande Valley to be exact, Cesar’s journey has been shaped by the values of hard work, resilience, and community. As a proud Latino Bear and Leatherman, he is passionate about fostering inclusion, strengthening connections, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves. He believes that leadership is not defined by the titles we hold, but by the lives we touch and the example we set.
 

Professionally, Cesar is an accountant whose commitment to integrity, accountability, and service extends beyond his career into every aspect of his community involvement. Through volunteerism, fundraising, mentorship, and advocacy, he is dedicated to giving back to the communities that have supported him throughout his journey. Whether representing his titles or serving behind the scenes, Cesar leads with humility, authenticity, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference. His mission is to leave every community stronger, more inclusive, and more connected than he found it.
