San Francisco Bear Weekend hosts live daytime TV game shows with Mark Paladini on SF Eagle Patio.

LOVE IN THE AFTERNOON - LIVE!

The two classic daytime game shows that launched a

1,000 divorces are back in these all-new, all-live editions of

THE MATING GAME and THE BEARLYWED GAME, hosted by everyone's favorite quiz master, MARK PALADINI!

Like its original show, The Mating Game will ask one single to interview three potential, unseen dates and choose one based solely on their answers. Unlike the original show, the couple will have their first date ON STAGE, and the audience will see it happen live and get to vote on whether they believe this match will last.

The Bearlywed Game will features three couples

(gay, lesbian or straight) who will answer questions to see

just how well they know their significant other in front of

our live audience. The couple with the most points at the end

of the round will win a special surprise package!

We'd love to have you, your friends or maybe your partner be a part of these shows, so we're posting applications for both The Mating Game and The Bearlywed Game online. That site will be up and running or before June 15, so check back here or watch the Mr. San Francisco Bear Facebook page.

Winners will be contacted by August 6th if they have been chosen to appear on the show

The Mr. San Francisco Bear Contest has become one of the most iconic and best attended title contests in the Bay Area.

Now in the fourth year under its new producers, the contest has become so successful that we've added a complimentary title: the Mr. San Francisco Otter Contest.

By adding the Mr. Otter title to SF Bear Weekend, our hope is to extend our audience and introduce the title experience to a new generation with the LGBTQ+ community.

This year, we've folded the Mr. Otter Contest into the Mr. Bear Contest, so that there will be two competitions happening at the same time on the same stage. To avoid any confusion, we've recruited an amazing panel of judges to ensure that all contestants are judged fairly, based on the criteria associated with their title category.

And what, you may ask, are those criteria? Well, the only way to know is to sign up and become a contestant yourself!

Applications for both the Mr. San Francisco Bear 2027 contest and the Mr. San Francisco Otter Contest will be available on this site on or before June 15.
